Chronic self-deception is no laughing matter...or is it?

The ego--the fear-soaked part of our minds--is happiest when we listen and do everything it asks, even when it doesn't make sense. Spiritual growth actually depends on listening to the ego, but only so we can learn not to do what it suggests. The ten ego lies documented in this book range from the idea that there is only one person who will complete us to the need to "win" by holding on to grudges the longest. Using humor and a solid base of academic and practical knowledge, "Dr. Dana" Marrocco helps readers gently undo the lies we all tell ourselves.

Foreword by Gary R. Renard, bestselling author of The Disappearance of the Universe.

Using Olympic-Level Thought Training to Reach our Highest State of Awareness

By Dr. Dana | January 20, 2018 | 1 Comment

We’ve all had experiences of conflict with someone in our inner circle, experiences that improved greatly with some combination of compassion, surrender and forgiveness—solutions we may have read about in self-help books. While those solutions may have worked wonders for that one situation, that conflict was eventually replaced by one with someone else. And this […]
